Who is Robert Peterson?
Robert is a “what-you-see-is-what-you-get” person. He is upbeat and energetic, able to drill down to the core of the (sales-) problem quite fast. He then applies his usual enthusiasm to win people over, and by doing so demonstrates how to sell.
Which project did he perform for you?
Robert has performed a sales training for the IDS NorthWestEurope sales team (22 FTE) during Q1 and Q2 of 2010. This training was done over 4 sessions, split into 4 different groups. Also, Robert is providing one of the sales managers with personal coaching. Last but not least, IDS is using the OMG online self-assessment for all commercial recruits. This assessment is delivered through Robert Peterson, who has also customized it for IDS.
What were the results?
Much more focus on sales results, (partial) elimination of excuse making, focus on activity management and backward-planning. IDS has achieved good new-business generation results in our FY 2010-2011, despite difficult market circumstances.
