JOB DESCRIPTION
You are responsible to manage a named portfolio of IDS Key Accounts in commercial transport within Poland. With affinity and understanding of the commercial transport business you know how to persuade existing and new customers to do business with one of the leading companies in the field of high quality fuel and services. You do this by managing relationships at all levels within your accounts, understanding long-term customer strategy and requirements. To be succesful you need to work independently from your home office and communicate effectively within a team in an international setting. This requires high flexibility and the persistence of a result driven professional. With an entrepreneurial mindset you will easily detect market and competitor information to enhance strategy in order to optimize business. You will report to the Sales Manager Central East.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or equivalent in relevant business experience
At least 5 years sales experience in selling strategic services/products to the transport sector, or a proven commercial affinity with the transport sector
Drive for getting new and maintain existing business
Strong negotiator and pro-active communicator
SAP, MS Office, Business Objects & CRM
Home office: ability to work remotely and independently
Willing to travel
Polish (native) and English
Location: Ostrava/ Tesin region
